1. Greetings（问候）
On greeting card sent to friends or relatives on special occasions such as Christmas, New Year or birthdays, we may write words as follows:

From the samples we see that words written on cards usually include:
1. Name of the person to whom the greetings are sent with a comma or colon after the name; the capitalized preposition “To” can be omitted（省略）:

● (To) Margaret:
2. The message, and
3. Name of the sender with or without the preposition “from” before it:
● (from) Hongmei
● (from) Liu Shuxin and Yu Li
