Well, I would say there are positive and negative effects. For example, it can be faster for people to communicate with each other, no matter where the person is, and people have more time for leisure activities. However, it is dangerous to see that in a corporate society, people are doing repetitive work without thinking it through; some of them seem to lack creativity and imagination.
