Sue: I'm glad the taxi drivers are willing to come to some training to make our foreign guests happy.
Yang: I don't know a lot of English. Can you teach me some key phrases?
Sue: The most important thing to ask is "Where are you going?"
Yang: That's not so hard. What else do I need to know?
Sue: You should know the best hotels and how much they cost. Some of the foreigners may not want to spend so much money.
Yang: I thought all foreigners were rich. Sue: That's not always true. Some of them have saved their money for years to come to China for the Olympics.
Yang: What can I do to help them have a good time in China?
Sue: Remember that they come from places where they expect life to be convenient all the time. In a new country they will be surprised and confused. Help them to be more comfortable.
