　　I was seventeen years old then. I had a crazy interest in music. I had no money. My family was poor. My parents earned 500 RBM per month. I couldn't ask them to give me money to buy tapes. I longed for tapes so much! I decided to do some odd jobs to earn money. I would have money to buy the Beatles' album.

Just as you have found yourself that the writing is very tiring and tedious. By using adverbial clauses, you may have a much better passage.

So I couldn't ask them for money to buy tapes that I longed for so much. Then I decided to do some odd jobs so that I could have money to buy the Beatles' album.

Now you find that adverbial clauses and relative clauses will make your writing much more complicated and thus make you a mature writer.
