The Outline of the story: Mufasa was a great king. He ruled his kingdom well. Nobody suffered. But Mufasa's brother Scar, plotting to take his place, collaborated with the hyenas and murdered him and his wife. Fortunately, their son, Simba, escaped. Simba was saved by Timon and Pumbaa and started his wild life with them. Having experienced life and death, love and responsibility and having conquered all kinds of fear and difficulties, Simba regained the kingship.

　　The interlude Can You Feel the Love Tonight won the Original Song in the 67th Annual Academy Awards.

　　One of the farmers in an English village had twelve pigs. One day the farmer sent his little son Tommy to count the pigs.

　　At last Tommy came back.
　　"Well," said his father, "have you counted the pigs? Are they all there?"
　　"Oh, father, I counted only eleven," answered Tommy. "One little pig ran away so fast that I could not count it."
