部分否定 (Partial Negation)

　　表示“一切…不都是”，“并非一切…都是”等概念的否定称为部分否定，其表示法如下：

　　1. 当 all, both, each, every (body, thing) 等表示整体意义的代词与否定副词 not 连用，构成部分否定，如：
　　　Not everybody thought that was a good idea.
　　　Both of the two ways are not effective.

　　2. always, much, many, some, often 等加上 not，也能产生部分否定，如：
　　　He does not often go to the library.
　　　Some students are not here.
　　　I do not wholly agree with you.

　　3. 一些具有否定意义的词如 little, few, hardly, scarcely, rarely 等也可构成部分否定或不完全否定，如：
　　　She knows little about computers.
　　　It is not worthwhile to read the book. It has few points of importance.
　　　I can hardly recognize her because she has changed a lot.
