1． There will (modal) be + n + adv. 表示说话人的主观态度和看法。它的疑问形式是将
　　will 移至 there 前，否定形式则是在 will 之后加 not，如：
　　　There will (not) be snow tomorrow.
　　　There will be a film tonight, won't there?

2． There 可与一些表示状态的不及物动词连用，如 exist, lie, live, remain 等，这些动词
　　在数上与主语保持一致，通常用于肯定结构和正式文体，如：
　　　There exist many ancient temples of this kind in that country.
　　　There exists a certain doubt among the students as to the necessity of the work.
　　　Once there lived an old man and an old woman in the village.

3． There 可与一些半助动词连用，如 appear to be, seem to be, happen to be 等，谓语
　　动词在数上与主语保持一致。变疑问或否定形式时要借助于 do (does, did)，如：
　　　There doesn't seem to be much hope of our beating that team this time.
　　　There appear to be several reasons for changing their plans this time.
